Facility Operation Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Support / Management Site Facility Daily Operation and maintenance.
    • Guide 3rd IFM team carry out daily operation work properly in responsible system.
    • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, optimization for responsible facility system.
    • Improve system operational and energy efficiency in responsible facility system.
    • Develop and optimize PPM service level agreement and facility SOPs in responsible facility system.
    • Security system management, including access control system, monitoring system.
    • Firefighting System and Special Equipment Management.
    • Ensure all operations of OCC site are in full compliance with state regulations and EHS policies.
    • Cost input SAP system.
  • Support Third party Service Vendor Management
    • Manage responsible facility service contracts including inspections and quality management
    • Undertaking of tendering procedures for outsource service
    • Guide site facility team and service vendors to meet Clariant's requirements
    • Communicate with equipment supplier, setup service agreement and KPI evaluation
    • Evaluate suitable suppliers and service providers in cooperation with procurement to enhance reliability.
  • OCC project technical support
    • Requirement clarification with BU users, design review and support for Construction
    • Documentation filing for as-built drawing, compliance permit, manual and technical paper.
  • Building Automatic system Operation and maintenance
    • Hardware management
    • Software point upgrade and management
  • External communication
    • Communication and management of government departments
    • OCC visitor reception.
  • Fixed Asset Management Support
    • Ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of on-site assets.
    • Support OCC assets inventory.
    • Regularly monitor the user of fixed assets.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in facilities and equipment.
  • Experience in laboratory maintenance is preferred.
  • Level 4 Fire facility administrator is preferred.
  • Good written and spoken English skills
