Laboratory Technician

Total Target Cash Compensation: ¥164,250.00  – ¥219,000.00


Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic synthetic experiments precisely and independently following standard experiment protocols or guided by scientists
  • Assemble, install and set up reaction kettles, laboratory reaction equipment and auxiliary experimental devices accurately
  • Register and prepare raw materials, reagents and samples, record real-time experimental data and finish experimental logs in ELN system
  • Maintain daily lab hygiene, compliant chemicals storage, sort experimental instruments and ensure regular equipment inspection, calibration and maintenance.
  • Draft new synthetic SOPs under the guidance of scientists.
  • Strictly comply with laboratory safety regulations, standard operating procedures and environmental safety requirements.
  • Report experimental phenomenon actively to scientists.

 

Requirements

  • College education in chemical or polymer engineering
  • Above 3 year’s experience in the lab,
  • Hands-on operational experience in synthetic experiments
  • Careful, responsible and rigorous working attitude
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Familiar with common lab instrument usage and routine maintenance
  • Basic English skill
  • Skills in digital platform
