Product Manager China, PDH

Total Target Cash Compensation: CNY 514,500  – CNY 686,000


Responsibilities

Product Management: Collaborate with Sales, ACT, R&D, and licensing partners to translate customer needs into product development requirements. Approve product specifications and provide guidance on pricing strategy. Monitor the IP landscape and identify threats and opportunities for IP protection. Support the creation of product literature and sales tools, new product launches, value-based selling initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Growth Strategy: Develop deep understanding of China markets and individual customers, including technologies, competition, market drivers, and economics. Develop product growth strategies and roadmaps to achieve profitable growth.

Sales Support: Provide sales support with expert knowledge of markets, technologies, and products. Deliver presentations at customer meetings, public conferences, internal seminars, and industry events.

After-Sales Service: Collaborate with the technical service team and global technology advisors to develop performance projection and guarantee guidelines. Assist in catalyst performance evaluation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of underperformance where necessary.

Project Management: Serve as team lead for strategic projects, including but not limited to digitalization initiatives such as the CLARITY Prime digital service portal project.


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably having PDH or Catofin operating experience 
  • Able to communicate in both Chinese and English; Process modelling or catalyst performance evaluation skills;
