Sr Technical Service Engineer

Total Target Cash Compensation: ¥277,500.00  – ¥370,000.00


Responsibilities

  • Supply technical service and support sales managers (project prioritization, target setting)
  • Support for customer complaints & out of spec products
  • Customer visits to connect with customers tech team
  • Identify new product developments to generate additional business
  • Identify new customers & new applications for existing product range
  • Technical communications to promote products and demonstrate competence

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry, preferred in organic or polymer chemistry
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in product and application development, additional technical service experience beneficial industrial experience at multinational specialty chemical company. Industrial experience in industrial lubricants area related
  • Willingness for travelling 30% of time for technical service for customers in the China region
  • English communication, report and presentation skills are needed
