Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the strategy formulation process (SMP) in collaboration with segments and regions
- Drive strategy development and execution across the Business Unit
- Align project objectives with organizational goals to maximize business value
- Ensure efficient execution of strategic initiatives through structured project management
- Support M&A activities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives
- Monitor project progress and outcomes against established metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic optimization
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to Strategic leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Chemical or Manufacturing industry
- Solid foundation in Chemistry principles and their practical industrial applications
- Consulting-level analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans
- Strong end-to-end project execution capability — from strategy formulation to on-ground implementation
- Confident and assertive communicator, with proven ability to influence and engage Senior Leaders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on
- Thrives in a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
