Logistics Operations Import & Export Specialist

輸出入業務の日々のオペレーションを正確かつ効率的に遂行し、物流プロセスの安定運営を支援していただきます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、法令やコンプライアンスを遵守し、物流サービス品質の向上と継続的な業務改善に貢献していただくポジションです。


Responsibilities

  • 輸出入オーダーの手配・実行および関連書類の作成・管理
  • 輸出入に必要な証明書や許認可申請のサポート業務
  • 出荷状況のモニタリングおよび遅延・トラブル発生時の関係者への連携・対応
  • 物流ベンダーやフォワーダーとの連携を通じた安定した物流サービスの維持
  • 物流関連の問い合わせや苦情対応、原因分析および改善活動への参加
  • 業務手順書（WI）やローカルオペレーション手順（LOP）の維持・更新
  • 輸出入関連法規、社内外ガイドラインに基づくコンプライアンス遵守および監査対応のサポート
  • サプライチェーンおよび物流プロジェクトの導入支援
  • チーム内バックアップ体制に基づく業務サポートおよびナレッジ共有
  • 社内外の関係者と良好な関係を構築し、顧客満足度向上に貢献

 

Requirements

必須要件

  • 大学卒業以上、または同等の学歴
  • 物流、輸出入業務またはサプライチェーン分野で3年以上の実務経験
  • 輸出入オペレーションに関する基礎知識および実務経験
  • 貨物手配、受発注管理などの物流関連業務経験
  • SAPなどのERPシステム利用経験
  • 英語での読み書きができる方
  • 基本的な問題解決能力およびコミュニケーション能力
  • 複数の関係者と円滑に業務を進められる調整力

  • 国際貿易規制や輸出入コンプライアンスに関する知識

勤務時間
9:00～17:30 (フレックスタイムあり　コアタイム 10:30～15:30)
実働7時間30分（休憩1時間）

年間有給休暇： 15 ⽇～20 ⽇ （下限⽇数は、⼊社 3 か ⽉経過後の付与⽇数 となります ）
