Supply Chain Specialist

輸入品の供給計画及び静岡工場の生産計画と供給計画を管理し、SCMマスターデータ管理、在庫最適化、物流・ベンダー管理を通じて、サプライチェーン全体の効率化を推進する。デジタルツールを活用し、関係部門・パートナーとの連携を主導することで、持続可能なサプライチェーンマネジメントの実現に貢献する。


Responsibilities

1. 静岡工場の生産計画プロセスの担当者

  • SAPおよびKinaxisの活用推進とデジタルトランスフォーメーションの実行
  • 生産計画と生産スケジューリング間の円滑な連携確保

2. 商品取引における供給計画の責任者

  • 月次供給会議の実行および他国SCMとの計画コミュニケーション主導
  • 供給計画と輸入品の出荷スケジュール間の円滑な連携確保

3. SCMマスターデータメンテナンスの管理

  • 製品・ベンダーマスターデータの維持・調整
  • SAPおよびKinaxisのマスターデータメンテナンス

4. 在庫最適化と管理のサポート

  • SMOG（滞留在庫）削減のためのアクション提案
  • 消費期限が近い在庫のモニタリングと関連部門との調整

5. 物流フロー設計と3PL管理の責任者

  • GBSと協力した物流フロー設計の構築・維持および全3PLとのコミュニケーション

6. ベンダー管理の責任者

  • Clariant製品およびサードパーティ製品の輸出活動における主要連絡窓口
  • 国内ベンダーに対する需給・物流事項のベンダー管理

 

Requirements

【学歴】

  • 学士号以上

【必須経験・スキル】

  • サプライチェーン業務経験
  • SAP等のシステムに関する確実な知識
  • エンドツーエンドのサプライチェーンプロセスに関する深い理解
  • データ分析スキル
  • 部門横断チームでの協業経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力と影響力

【歓迎要件】

  • APAC諸国との協業経験
  • 需給計画における強力な実務能力
  • 高度計画ツール（SAP APO、SAP IBP、Kinaxis-Maestro、Blue Yonder、o9 Solutionsなど）の使用経験
