触媒製造オペレーター

業務に必要な資格（フォークリフト運転、玉掛け、小型移動式クレーン、ホイストクレーンなど）は、入社後に会社の支援を受けて取得可能です。 化学プラントでの三交替勤務経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎いたします。 職場の平均年齢は44歳で、20〜30代が約3割、40代も約3割と、若手から中堅まで幅広い世代が活躍しています。 年間休日は105日に加え、製造職の有給休暇取得実績は平均20日（前年実績）と、働きやすい環境が整っています。 また、UIJターンを希望される方にはWEB面接も対応可能です。


Responsibilities

■原料投入作業・触媒形成作業：大型機械に原料を入れ、化学反応 を起こすことで触媒を生産

■反応監視作業：プラントの監視用モニターで運転状態を監視、運転条件の変更・調整

■設備管理作業：プラント設備の保守や巡回点検など 


 

Requirements

経歴・知識不問学歴：高卒以上言語：日本語での業務遂行が必須となるため、日本語が母国語またはネイティブレベル、もしくはそれと同等の言語能力（読み・書き・会話）を有する方応募に関する注意事項：

就業時間 労働時間区分：変形労働時間制（1年単位）(1) 7時45分～16時00分(2) 15時45分～00時00分(3) 23時45分～8時00分

休⽇‧休暇年間休日数：105日（6勤2休、年末年始休暇あり）有休消化（前年実績）：平均20日有給休暇： 6月以前 入社15日、7月以降 入社7日その他特別休暇、傷病休暇、積⽴休暇、永年勤続休暇あり
