Sales Manager, Syngas
Join Clariant as the Syngas Sales Manager – US & Canada and lead the growth of our catalyst portfolio across the region. In this role, you will drive sales, expand Clariant’s competitive position, and grow market participation for Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Methanol clients, managing the full sales cycle while maintaining strong customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and providing technical and commercial support, including on-site services, training, and troubleshooting. You will also contribute to market intelligence, coaching, and industry events to strengthen Clariant’s presence. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with commercial acumen and excels in building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
Requirements
• Degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (additional Business Management skill is of advantage) • - >5a experiences in a chemical industry • - >5a of technical sales experience preferred • Fluent in English (business fluency), CRM/SAP knowledge will be bonus, communicative, good negotiation skills
